In the first PCB design I make some mistakes which makes my first PCB a failure.

Regulator filter capacitors are too far form it.
Wrong selection of capacitors footprint.
Wrong footprint of power led.
No input filter capacitors
No GND layer on top and bottom layer of the PCB
Components are not neatly arranged in the schematic
PCB didn't work after soldering all the componentsÂ

Removed the regulator because PIC can handle up to 5.5v
